These terms explain how VecSwift can be used for AI art, production flows, template commerce, and collaboration.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for account security, credential confidentiality, and accurate profile and billing information.
3. Content ownership
You retain ownership of your content. You grant VecSwift a limited license to host and process content needed to deliver the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, bypass controls, submit unlawful content, or request infringing output through AI flows.
5. AI output responsibility
AI output is generated from prompts and uploads. You are responsible for validation before manufacturing, publishing, or commercial distribution.
6. Billing and plan limits
Paid plans are subscription-based. Plan limits and collaboration guardrails are enforced by tier. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, abuse patterns, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material updates are reflected on this page with a new date.
