1. License to Use

VEXEL grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for creating vector graphics.

2. Commercial Use

- **Starter Plan**: You own the copyright to your designs, but you are limited to personal use or small commercial runs (under 50 units).
- **Maker Pro / Studio**: Full commercial license for unlimited physical and digital sales of your output.

3. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer the application, attempt to bypass our subscription limits, or use our AI generation tools to create illegal or harmful content.

4. Subscription & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided only if requested within 48 hours of billing.
